Open ISOmorphic.exe.<br>2. Select the Diagnostic Tool ISO.<br>  a) From Select source ISO file, click Browse.<br>  b) Select HWdiagnostics.iso.<br>3. In Select destination drive, select the USB drive.<br>4.
